Cancellation Policy

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to Journeys by Viktorianz.
Since these bookings are done well in advance, the providers lose potential business with cancellations. The inevitable cancellation charges are as follows-
- More than 30 days prior to departure: 25% of the total tour cost will be retained.
- 29-15 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be retained.
- 14-0 days prior to departure: 100% of total tour cost will be retained.
Please note that there will be no refund either in part or in full for any unused part of the services provided in the package.
Any changes due to inevitable weather, political conditions or flight delays etc, will be charged additional, as those prices are not included in the current quote.
Cancelled Trips: Journeys by Viktorianz reserves the right to cancel any tour due to force majeure conditions, which makes the tour unfeasible for us to operate. In such a case, Journeys by Viktorianz is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by members in preparing for the tour (i.e. non-refundable “Advance Purchase” visa fees if applicable, equipment, medical expenses etc.)
Cancellation Policies – Special hotels: Reservations made at certain hotels are non-refundable within 31 days of departure or attract a one-night charge for cancellation. Please be aware that in these cases Journeys by Viktorianz will not be able to refund these amounts to you. This would be over and above the regular cancellation fees.
